Verifying a UPI ID before you pay out

A payout to a wrong or non-existent UPI ID fails slowly and confuses everyone. A quick name resolution before you send fixes that.
Resolve the name
Before sending to a UPI handle, resolve it to the registered name and confirm the handle is active. Show the user the name you got back, so a fat-fingered handle is caught before the money moves.
Store the verified handle
Once confirmed, store the handle with its resolved name and pay only to that pairing. If either changes, re-verify.
