1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and API token secret. One person or entity per account.
3. Acceptable use
You may query records only where you have a lawful basis and the required consent. You must not use the services to harass, profile, or harm any person, or in violation of the DPDP Act, the Aadhaar Act, or any other law.
4. Wallet & billing
Services are prepaid. A successful verification debits the listed fee; failed lookups are not charged. Wallet balance is non-transferable.
5. Availability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on upstream providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party data.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account for suspected misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or legal request.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the wallet balance held at the time of the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
