Who we are
APIZONE (“we”) operates this verification platform.
What we collect
Account data (name, mobile, e-mail), wallet and transaction records, the inputs and results of verification requests you run, IP address, device/user-agent, and support messages.
Why
To provide the service, bill your wallet, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and support you.
Verification inputs
Identifiers you submit (PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, vehicle numbers, etc.) are sent to the relevant authorised source to perform the check and are stored with the transaction for your audit trail. Do not submit data you are not authorised to process.
Sharing
With upstream verification providers as needed to fulfil a request; with payment and infrastructure providers; and where required by law.
Retention
Transaction and audit records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your account data, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us.
Security
Encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logging. No method is perfectly secure.
