A new appearance panel lets every user pick a theme and turn on the accessibility settings that suit them, and the choice sticks across sessions.

Themes
Beyond light and dark, there is a set of curated colour themes. Pick one from the appearance panel and it applies everywhere, immediately, with no reload.
Accessibility
Toggle larger text, reduced motion for anyone sensitive to animation, higher-contrast borders, always-underlined links, and a more legible font. Each setting is independent and remembered on your device.
Where
The appearance panel is in the header, next to the theme toggle. Your operating-system setting is still respected as the default until you choose.
